Why we exist

The best businesses we met were being held back by the worst software they owned.

Real companies. Sharp people. Running on fourteen spreadsheets, a legacy system nobody dared touch, and a handful of heroes holding it together with memory and goodwill. Not because they're behind — because the software they were sold was never built for how they actually work.

Off-the-shelf platforms told them to change their business to suit the software. The big players quoted two-year rollouts and men in suits. Everyone else just sold them beige.

Arkemodi exists to build the missing option: a platform engineered around one business, that fits how it really runs, and turns "we could never do that" into an ordinary Tuesday.

The name
